These help us understand where you are in your recovery and what kind of support you need.   [Learn More About Assessments](https://kaishinclinic.medforward.com/FillOutForm?formname=assessment-contact) ### Intensive Outpatient Program **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM **Length:** 16 weeks **Individual Counseling:** 1 hour weekly **Peer Support:** Available daily Our Intensive Outpatient Program is for people living with both mental health and substance use challenges who are ready to step down from a higher level of care and continue their recovery in a supportive, structured environment.  IOP provides the structure and accountability needed in early recovery when cravings and triggers can feel strongest. Daily groups build stability, new coping skills, and a strong foundation for long-term sobriety.   **Native American Track Available** This culturally-focused track includes traditional teachings, drumming, smudging, and ceremony when available.
